LESSON ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure that you check the lesson eligibility and requirements for your bookings. If you commit/pay for a booking we are unable to refund any bookings. You will be securing a place that has to be paid for. We do not profit from your errors you will be paying for a lesson that you will not be permitted to attend if you do not meet the requirements. It is your responsibility to check prior to checking out by reading your booking description.

BOOKINGS

Due to the nature of our services all bookings are non refundable as you have paid and committed to a space that we are not able to fill once you have filled it. We require 4 days notice if you would like to rearrange your lesson. 

Example: 

If your lesson is on Thursday at 11:30am. 
We would require you to inform us on Sunday before 11:30am.

If you do not notify us during this time period you will lose your lesson.

 

LIABILITY & SERVICES

IMPORTANT INFORMATION we are providing a service of booking you on to an experience/activity. We take no liability or responsibility for any accidents or injuries on site at venues and other establishments. We require you to fill out all forms with your legal name and correct legal information. To ensure you are covered by third parties please ensure you do the same at the venues you visit. 

CUSTOMER CARE 

We take time to carefully select the experiences and venues that we choose to bring you an experience worth remembering. Your feedback is important to us.
